RICH'S FOR THE HOME

Went to Fireside and looked at gas inserts got all the info we wanted and decided to purchase the one on sale at the time. Then Keith came out to our home for measurements set up a date for the install. The men who installed the fireplace were here on time and inspected what needed to be done and then went to work. Whole install took a few hours they cleaned up and then took the time to go over how to work the remote and where to put batteries if power was to go out ect. Whole experience was great from start to finish. We are very happy with everything! Everyone we dealt with were friendly and professional from start to finish.  

Job very well done by a chap called Greg. He did a super piece of work. Diagnosed failure of a thermocouple. And cleaned/painted the insides of the fireplace while doing the job. Very clear, and very helpful. Only frustration with Rich's is that we wanted someone out sooner, and we had to wait about 2 weeks to get someone on the schedule.. but Greg was worth waiting for !

They were incredibly knowledgeable.  They took a lot of time to help me pick out the right stoves for my home.  They worked with the contractor to help us install the stoves and create the correct amount of space.  They were really helpful and my stoves are beautiful.  I thought their pricing was very competitive.

THE SALESPERSON WAS VERY HELPFUL AND GAVE LOTS OF INFORMATION TO CONSIDER. SHE CAME TO MY HOUSE TO MEASURE THE OPENING AND ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS. THE CREW WHO INSTALLED THE FIREPLACE DID AN EXCELLENT JOB AND EVEN THOUGH THEY HAD TO WORK WITH THE CHIMNEY THERE WAS NO SOOT OR ASH ANYWHERE IN THE HOUSE WHEN THEY FINISHED.

RICH'S FOR THE HOME HAD AN EXTENSIVE INVENTORY OF FIREPLACES FROM WHICH TO CHOOSE. THEIR SALES STAFF WAS HELPFUL AND THE INSTALLATION CREW WAS EFFICIENT AND COURTEOUS.
