"Oh no, the toilet has been running for 30 min?" Was my response to the call I received on December 12th, a Sunday. We had a company come out that day to get things all dried up. The bill? $2000 just for putting a few fans in to dry the area, they didn't even ask if there was a basement. I knew there was some damage, so I called Restore Incorporated. They came out as soon as the area was dry to assess the damage. He noticed a few things that I hadn't, thank goodness, we would have had a serious mold issue. I could go on with the story but what impressed me the most was that he had it all done in a week, over Christmas! Even the custom baseboards, which no one seemed to carry!!! Amazing! The customer service was phenomenal. As for the price, I didn't feel cheated. Normally when I call some one out to take care of an issue the price doubles when they drive up to the house. The quality was consistent with the $2 million remodel we did a few years back. I highly recommend Restore Inc. Thank you!!!!
Description of Work: Replaced custom baseboards, carpet pad, insulation, drywall and basement door. They dried out the ducts and left the place cleaner than it had been before the incident. They managed everything. All I had to do is let them in.
