Cabinet Making
Refined wood works used to have a show room in Bellevue, now they only has showroom in Seattle Design Center. The showroom looked good, and Chris and Pat look very nice and professional person. But as stated above, I am very disappointed to see their very late delivery, missing parts, and slow reaction in solving problems. Up to today, after 6 motns order, 2.5 months delivery, the cabinet still missing all the glass doors, knife divider, wrong sized door that need to be replaced. I feel frustrated.
