custom cabinets
 + -1 moreRefined wood works used to have a show room in Bellevue, now they only has showroom in Seattle Design Center. The showroom looked good, and Chris and Pat look very nice and professional person. But as stated above, I am very disappointed to see their very late delivery, missing parts, and slow reaction in solving problems. Up to today, after 6 motns order, 2.5 months delivery, the cabinet still missing all the glass doors, knife divider, wrong sized door that need to be replaced. I feel frustrated.
Description of Work: Before the order, they showed professionalism. But they end up with wrong sized material, missing parts, and very late and unpredicable delivery date. They promised the order will be delivered in March, but they were delivered in May. And even by today, my all cabinet door are still not delivered yet. The order was put 6 months ago, I really cannot understand why it takes so long time to complete a wooden cabinet... The price is very high, we had thought their service equal the product quality, but regretfully, it is not.
