I cannot recommend R Squared Properties highly enough. Their property management of my rental property was stellar -- supremely competent, highly professional, and well organized. They were able to quickly identify and respond to maintenance or repair issues and had a stable of top notch companies to execute the maintenance or repairs. Their customer relations and communication skills with me are the gold standard in my opinion. In addition, once I decided to sell the rental property, one of the principals in the company, as a licensed real estate broker, was able to help me prepare the property for sale with a few well conceived upgrades, and to market the property. As a result I obtained a top-of-the market sales price for the property. I cannot recommend R Squared Properties highly enough.

I lived in an apartment under R Squared Properties management for a year and felt like anything I needed taken care of was dealt with promptly and professionally. Paul was very responsive to my emails and easy to talk to. In a city where you never what you will get in terms of property managers, R Squared was a pleasant surprise. Their online portal makes paying your rent really easy and I felt like the move-out was streamlined and my deposit was fairly evaluated and returned.

R squared was a great property management company over the course of our two year rental. The rare issues that surfaced were addressed promptly, our privacy was respected, and our neighboring tenants were fantastic. Paul and Allan were also tremendous partners during this rental relationship. As our family grew, we outgrew our rental space, and we had to move on, but we would highly recommend R squared, be you a renter or owner.

Paul and his team are punctual, professional, and were able to fill in a lot of knowledge gaps we had during our first home-buying experience. Would work with again and recommend.

Paul and Allan were efficient and helpful throughout my years of property renting and recently as a first time property owner. At every step they went above and beyond to get the job/issue solved (eg: facilitating communication between landlord and me, resolving issues, explaining steps in the home buying process and why each step important).

The rental management was excellent. The monthly fee of 8% was lower than any of the other property managers with whom I spoke. The screened tenants were wonderful. Any maintenance problem was dealt with immediately at a reasonable cost and reported to me. The monthly financial reports were likewise timely, detailed and accurate. When I decided to sell to the tenants, R-Squared's real estate arm coordinated on my behalf for a fixed fee which saved me tens of thousands and required patient explanation and guidance to the first-time buyers, who likewise saved on realtor fees. The sale had to close by a date certain for tax purposes and they delivered.

RSquared has always been extremely professional, responsive and communicative. We have enjoyed working with the team at RSquared.

Paul and his team were awesome from the beginning! I interviewed 3 companies and R Squared was the clear choice. They were professional and personal, as well as fairly priced: worth every penny. They allowed me to rent my condo from across the country: I couldn't have done it without them! They handled every aspect of the rental, from screening applicants, leases/renewals, collecting/dispersing rent, fielding calls from the tenants, resolving tenant issues, receiving communications from the HOA - everything. When an appliance failed, they facilitated replacement. When minor repairs were needed, they hired/paid the contractor. I never had to worry knowing they were on the job! (and I probably wasn't their easiest client) I worked with them for about 6 years and would be still, but have decided to sell my unit. I would definitely hire them again and have recommended them to others. Give them a call: you'll thank me later. ;o)

This company is very professional. I needed a fair amount of work done on my home to get it rent ready and they had a good knowledge of what needed to be done and what professionals to hire to get the job done. Most of the work I was able to do myself but I used them for other action items which was ideal for me. They rented the units very quickly during covid at the fair market value. I think they had signed leases for both of my homes within the first week! Their online portal for printing monthly statements and looking up past service bills is very easy to use. They also answer their phones or respond to emails/texts/voicemail quickly. I would recommend them to other landlords in the area.

R Squared were exactly what we were looking for. They were able to get lots of viewings for our rental property quickly, the property rented before COVID struck, and have been great to work with since with very fast response times. I would recommend them to any property owner or renter.

Everything over the 5 years was so smooth. Whenever we reported an issue in the apartment it was always taken care of swiftly. Yearly rent increases were extremely reasonable, and move out processes and deposit refund went smoother than any other apartment we’ve lived in. If we ever needed to rent again, I’d absolutely see if they had an available property that met our needs.

R Squared Properties were very professional and welcoming while dealing with me during a 3 year stay at a condo I was renting. They were very responsive and actually cared about my wellbeing. I had to break a lease early due to getting a new job in a different state and they worked with me and quickly resolved all of my issues when I had them. Highly recommended!

We had a great experience! They were very quick to respond to emails and to get the dish washer replaced when it went out. They also worked with us to try and keep us in the property when the original lease signers were leaving, but unfortunately on my end it didn't work out to stay.
