About us

Quality Sewing and Vacuum has been in business in the Puget Sound area for 25 years. We offer sales and service of Vacuum Cleaners and Sewing Machines for home use. We also have sewing machine usage classes as well as specialty sewing classes. Sew Fun is held monthly as a demo lecture class about what is new in the sewing world. Our Sewing Service Department will expertly service all brands of home sewing machines as well as provide many parts to you. There is a convenient loading zone on the north side of the store so we can help you in with your machine.

My 1980s Singer sewing machine had been acting up for some time, so I went to this store to see if it could be fixed. The associate there went through all of the adjustable pieces, looking things over, cleaning, and explaining why I might be having trouble. After her fixes, the machine was improved, but it still was giving me a hard time. I decided to buy a new sewing machine, and went to the same store. Again, I got superb help. The saleslady demonstrated how to use the features on various models and explained the differences without pressuring me to buy a higher-priced model than I needed. I bought a Brother Project Runway Special Edition and began using it immediately. In the middle of my project, I had some questions about how to use the machine. I was able to go to the store, and they demonstrated how to use various stitches and gave me tips that made my project so much easier to finish. Overall, I am very pleased with my new sewing machine and the service I have received. Definitely recommend this store as the ladies there are very knowledgable.
