Gilmar and Portillo Roofing did a fantastic job. Price was very reasonable compared to the other quotes we had received. They were able to come to the house and get started about a month before other roofers. Daniella was very responsive. No real complaints or negative comments. They finished our roof on time and budget with minimal disruption. Great job!

Portillo Roofing did a great job on our roof and gutter cleaning. They came out for the estimate right away and the work was done within the week. Did hand scraping on the moss so there was no pressure washing involved. Clean up was great too. Professional, reliable and very friendly. They are coming back to do a skylight installation as soon as the window comes in.

As first time home-owners, we had no idea what we were getting into with the "roof should be replaced soon" home we bought. Not only did Portillo provide the best price, they also had a very competitive timeline to complete the actual work. Also, they were very patient and dilligent walking us through the process, the options, the pros/cons of certain decisions, and demanded the highest standards of themselves and their work (permits, etc). Overall, I have nothing but great things to say about them and the high quality touch of their business that made us feel more like close family friends rather than ambiguous customers.

Portillo Roofing did a fantastic job. They were priced competitively. They were honest, responsive, completed the service quickly with high quality work, even providing photographs of the areas of repair before and after. I would highly recommend them! ($350 is for the roof repair only.)

Their price was competitive, but most importantly they were the only contractors in the bid process who listened to what we asked for and provided a detailed and concise estimate. The team worked long days to get the work done and we are very pleased with the results. I highly recommend these guys - they are local, professional and do quality, honest work.
