Because of availability I could not use my inspectors of choice, So I rolled the dice picked Mr. Pittman. All that I will say is: he performed an inspection, he sent me a "report" and a bill, and I paid it.

The inspection lasted about 2 hours and John was able to get into crawl spaces and provided us with a detailed 8 page report of his findings from his notes. The items he found are a roadmap for us in our new house of things that we should be aware of and schedule work on.

The experience was really good; he explained what he was going to perform very well and what he was not going to do as part of the inspection. He was on time and took the time he said it would; he also took the time to explain the results. His professionalism was really good.

A VERY THOROUGH & PLEASANT INSPECTOR TO WORK WITH. HE ARRIVED AT THE SCHEDULED TIME, PERFORMED THE INSPECTION, TOOK COPIOUS NOTES AND SENT US A WRITTEN REPORT THE FOLLOWING DAY.
