Work went well. We were both late to the appointment due to traffic issues, but arrived within minutes of each other. Jeffery did not rush at all even though we stared the inspection late.
My niece and nephew and two boys have rented the home for the last 6 years and thoroughout the inspection we were followed by one of the cats and the younger nephew (about 10). Jeffery had the patience of a saint with all three of us asking questions and crowding in to look at things he showed us.
I now have the complete report in hand and can start working my way through it, starting with the Major concerns list.
