Pacifica Inspection

Description of Work: Jeffery Tosh performed a home inspection of a home we own, but have used as a rental for the past 20 years and are now planning to move back into. He had previously preformed an inspection of a condo I was going to buy, but thanks to his inspection and the resulting negotiations, I did not buy it. The inspection was very thorough and professional. Jeff is good about letting a client follow him around and will explain everything in detail as he finds it, and will answer questions on the spot. He found several issues with bathroom repairs, furnace, and roofing jobs that had been done "long distance" as an absentee land owner, and showed me where things were not properly installed, to code, or had generally not been done properly. I was shocked, but learned my lesson about being around when you have major work done on your house. Be there!! He issues a report which includes a prioritization of issues so that you know what is really worth worrying about NOW versus what you can fix down the road. This is invaluable to me. He found a lot of stuff I need to fix before I feel comfortable living in this house or even renting it again. Also, I am ahead of the curve since we eventually want to sell the house after we live in it for a few years, we can go through this list and when the time comes to sell there should not be any home inspection issues.
