I always choose to go with them when I can.  They are quick to respond. They are accurate, take care of their customers and whenever something is needed they go out of their way.

This was the second time I used this company, the first at the recommendation of my real estate agent. This second time was a refinance on a home for which they had initially handled the purchase. The purchase was trouble-free, in the refinance, important details were mis-handled. At closing we informed the closer of an error in a closing statement from a car loan to be paid off. I faxed in a corrected closing statement, they did not correct the transaction and a check was cut with an incorrect amount. I informed them of the error, went down to pick up corrected checks, was told it would be wired, then received a call after I left saying the check had been sitting in their printer. At closing, I made it very clear that real estate taxes needed to be paid from the refinance. On the due date of the taxes they were frantically calling to see if we had paid them in spite of specifically addressing that issue at closing. Not horrible, but sloppy and unprofessional.
