I called Roman, who met me early the very next morning to inspect the floor of a shed on my rental property, which I believed was spongy, and told me it probably did not require any immediate work other than patching, which he was happy to do.  When I requested a recommendation for a longer-term solution, he suggested replacing a portion of the flooring with plywood.  That work was completed by the next day, as it turned out to be slightly more involved than originally anticipated.  While he was working on the shed floor, I also received a request from my prospective tenants to reconnect a water line to the refrigerator - I called Roman and asked him to take a look at that, and he completed that work immediately as well.  Roman was extremely professional and did a great job.  (The tenants were impressed with the new floor, too.)  

This was the second project Novko worked on for me, and I would not hesitate to use this company again.
