They look for alternative ways to satisfy the need of my vehicle and not the most expensive thing. Their service is always very good and they guarantee their work.

I was satisfied with the work. The price was reasonable. The people were courteous, and I could find no problem with the job done.

We take our cars to Newport Hills Chevron because they do such good work and never pull a fast one or pressure you to do more than your car needs. These folks are pros, very pleasant and respectful, and always do the right thing.

They checked the brakes and determined that we don't need new brakes. They did an oil change, and repaired a window. The cost was exactly what they said it was going to be, and it was very pleasant.

They were great. It was a branch stuck in my exhaust that caught fire. Additionally, they gave me a quote for a fuel pump that was $150 less than any other place! The people who work there are friendly and very responsive. I will certainly take my car there for any repair needs.

My car died and it looked like a bad battery, panel stated incorrect voltage. I replaced the battery but it wouldn't charge so I thought it was that alternator. This happened on a Sunday and I needed the car by Wednesday at latest.
On Sunday evening I called Newport Hills Chevron and they told me to bring the car in the next morning and they would take care of it. I dropped the car off Monday morning, and quickly got a call stating that it was the alternator and received an estimate. Later that day, I got a call saying that they had ordered the wrong part (I have a Mitsubishi Montero Limited, and they had ordered the Montero Sport alternator). I blame Mitsubishi for naming two different SUV's with the same name - this happens to me a lot at whatever mechanic or car parts place I go to and I usually remember to tell them that it's the Limited not the Sport, which are different cars.
Instead of saying that the wrong part was sent, Chevron took responsibility and said it was their fault. They said they found the correct part but it was a little more expensive than they thought and asked me if that was ok. I agreed and they ordered a new part and said that they would have it the next day.
The next day my father drove by the station and called to say he saw my car was inside the shop, and within an hour I got a call saying it was all ready for pickup. I know how to put in an alternator, but I didn't have time to run around and find the part let alone diagnose the issue (to make sure it was only the alternator).
Newport Hills Chevron got me in immediately, kept me informed of status, and worked very quickly to make sure I got my car when needed. They were very friendly and most importantly I have used them before and I trust them. They don't try to upsell and will honestly tell me when I don't need something.

They provided all this service in one day so we didnt have to go without a car for days. Very pleased with the service.

Their pricing was reasonable and they did a good job. They worked efficiently and were very reliable. I highly recommend them and will use them again in the future.

I came in when my van did not pass emissions testing. They diagnosed the problem and recommended the least expensive solution. I scheduled an appointment and they performed the work as expected. Everyone there was knowledgeable and helpful. I'm happy to have found a good honest mechanic in my neighborhood.

All of the technicians know what they are talking about and they always do a good job. I think that the shop is reasonably priced.
