Nerds to Go

Phone call from owner within an hour after I posted request; Nerds to Go's web site also very helpful. Technician, Steven T, phoned in advance of arrival and was able to come even earlier than scheduled. (For computer geeks: Network issues involved a printer which both computers could see as "ready," but printer would not print from either; also several other devices were running off the network but Windows did not show them on the network.) Steven was incredibly persistent in working alternately from both printer and computer ends to put the hardware back into communication, and in the process he made all devices see-able again through the Control Panel. He worked on my network for nearly two hours, and still charged only the basic rate which had been quoted for the job in advance. I had been looking for a competent, on-call service provider who could be my go-to person for issues like this, and I found them.
