Since we are overseas, we thought it would be much harder to get financing but Jason was extremely helpful and accommodating so the process went very smoothly. They had very competitive rates and we felt good having them on our side. Because the seller paid our closing costs, our finance had some credits in so we didn't have to put any money down.
