Nancy is soooo trustworthy, easy to talk to, friendly, expirenced, lots of great information & good ideas. She's like family!

We contacted Nancy after reading the reviews on Angie's List and found she lived up to the excellent reports.  She is both very professional and very personable.  She regularly kept us informed of the listing and sale details, and was prompt in responding to our emails and phone calls.
The house was in very good condition but was not furnished, so it could be rather  cold feeling for showing. Nancy was able to provide some light touches throughout that added a degree of warmth and hominess to the interior.
She knows the ins and outs of real estate very well, and was able to keep the buyers (especially the buyers' agent) on track when it appeared they were trying to veer somewhat from the signed contract.
It was altogether a very satisfying experience, and we will use Nancy again when we sell another house.

Nancy is absolutely wonderful! We were never looking for just a real estate agent. We wanted someone who has a deep understanding of the real estate market and who can consult us on what to do on tough situations. Sure enough, her advice and direction was very much needed in this extremely difficult sellers' market. We interviewed many agents prior to picking Nancy and it was a great choice. When we identified the property that we wanted to make an offer on, she acted quickly and was well prepared well in advance. Even after the our offer was accepted, she ensured that everything went smoothly until we got the keys to the house. Nancy will be there for you along the whole way and will provide you with great advice and support. Her many years of experience in real estate show and we would not trade it with anything else!

Nancy was very diligent and helpful in targeting homes for rent that met my needs and budget. She was pleasant and professional, and went the extra mile to help, even though she didn't stand to profit much from her efforts. Once I decide to buy a townhouse or condo, she'll be the first realtor I'll call.

Nancy did a fantastic job for us.  From the moment she showed up for the initial viewing of the house we found, she was very professional, responsive and friendly.  The house was a flip, so we wanted someone with experience, and she proved herself from the start by showing up, on one day's notice, with all the information on the history of the house.  She was very thorough and gave us great advice.  Throughout the whole process, Nancy kept on top of things checking in with us and our mortgage broker to make sure everything went smoothly.  I highly reccommend Nancy if you need a real estate agent.

Nancy was the best agent for me. I was a first-time homebuyer and she assisted me through the whole home buying process from start to finish and even beyond by guiding me during the application process for the First Time Home Buyer credit for the IRS! Nancy took the time to explain the details of each process and compiled a guidance binder tailored for me to understand all the steps in this complicated process. She made me aware of what to expect next and kept paperwork organized. This is just an example of the effort she made to make it a pleasant and exciting purchase. I spent 2 years trying to sell my condominium following a divorce, without any luck. There was nothing negative about the condo. It is located at the top of a hill overlooking a lake. In the summer of 2009, I searched for a top rated real estate agent to hopefully once and for all, sell the condo. I was now in a position of having to do a "short sale". I found Nancy through Angie's List. My first meeting with her went so well, I knew I had found a truely experienced, highly motivated, super positive RE Agent. It was a great surprise within the first 30 days when Nancy called to share the news that we had a contract! As short sales will go, the next 4 months passed quickly. This process is highly stressful, nerve damaging and something I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy. The sale never materialized and again, we went back on the market. Nancy was quick to re-strategize, maintain that "can-do" and positive attitude, and placed the condo back on the market right after the new year. I was fit to be tied, totally negative, and ready to give up. But it was Nancy's approach, persistence, and phenonmenal attitude that got me back on track. Nancy was extremely helpful. She did get the houses sold. The people who purchased one of the houses Realtor disappeared on them, so Nancy stepped in and helped them out as well. She is so very nice. She is just very pleasing to deal with.
