I was told by the technician that the door lock set that you ordered was missing the proper parts so we were not able to complete a proper install. Once the parts come in give us a call and we can get the latch install completed."

Very well; the refrigerator is working. We also had Handyman out again to repair stripping along two doors. Due to damage, he was able to straighten the door with new hinges, replaced the bottom wood insert, and new stripping - great job.

The company was hired to replace our fascia boards on all three levels of the house. We also had them paint the soffets. This was a large job and they were punctual, professional and really proficient at thier job. The only downside is they were a bit expensive, but we felt they were worth it when we saw the results.

Initially all was well. They showed up on time. The installers did not read the directions nor test the tub before they installed it. I had ordered a special drain kit that the manufacturer suggested for this tub but they didn't use it. When I came home and saw the drain kit I ordered sitting there and the tub installed I didn't know what to think. They were not responsive about why it wasn't used, I had to call several times. Also, the tub was NOT working after they left. I was told it was plugged in and working but it wasn't. Fortunately a neighbor came over and after some investigation we discovered the outlet for the whirlpool tub plugs was not "hot" nor was the tub plugged in. They had said it was working when clearly it was not. The communication was very poor. I also asked for an estimate to fix an outdoor faucet and never received it.

"I would like to apologize to this customer for what I also consider a less than perfect project. The work was done correctly but the communications broke down. The customer was not home during the work and the technician provided a written explanation in the invoice provided but it is still our responsibility to properly communicate with the customer in a form that works for the customer. Clearly we did not do this and we should have. One of these days we will be perfect but until then we will continue to follow up on projects and strive to improve so that we can meet expectations. The technician took longer than usual for the faucet installation. We were not able to finish the other jobs after discovering technical issues.

This is why we utilize skilled, background checked employee technicians with at least 15 years of experience. They know the tools, they know the materials. They're great. Showed up on time. They have a 2 hour minimum. Just be aware that If your job is under 2 hours you still pay for a full 2 hours.

work was flawless, 4.5 hours, but the buyer will not recognize the repairs, I was very impressed, very detailed about the work. Another gentleman was sent to re-insulated and belly bonded and worked on the crawlspace, next day came back to take pictures and bought materials for the left side of the house, rebuild it with wood beams and concrete post. 3rd day, bought new screen cover for the air vents around the house, about 8 to 10 of them. I was very pleased with their work.

Showed up on time. Very nice man. Efficient and knowledgeable about a lot of everything. I had him hange a large mirror, install a security camera system (the system was “blink” and was wireless and ran on batteries, brackets installed and camera positioning done), fix a wall lamp that was falling off wall and trouble shoot a tv remote problem. The price was $276 for a two hour minimum. When I booked appointment I thought it was a lot but he got a lot done in two hours. I would recommend that you have enough projects so you can keep him busy for 2 hours.
