Honestly, I would never recommend this company to anyone ever again. There was never any sort of communication that there was a time limit on how long they would be here. We hired them specifically because we had foundation work done to our basement and it was still very dirty and we didn’t want to spend our own time to clean it. We saw they had good reviews and thought it was worth the cost. They asked us how many square feet we had and we told me 2100 and they never told us that they would be there for a certain timeframe or that we could approve OT, etc. we assumed that they would stay until they were done working. They got here at 2 pm and we have a 9 month old who goes to sleep around 6 so we had them start the upstairs area so it was quiet when it was time for our baby to go to bed and then they would be cleaning downstairs. The people they sent were very friendly but hardly spoke English. There is nothing wrong with that and I thought they did a great job but it was hard to communicate. When they finished cleaning the upstairs and started heading towards our basement, my husband started to show them what to clean and they communicated they had 20 minutes left. We were never told we could authorize them to stay longer and I went downstairs right at 6 to tell them we were putting our baby to sleep and to feel free to leave when they were done. I was upset that the whole reason we hired them never got cleaned and I thought calling to get a better understanding of the miscommunication that clearly happened hoping to make it right and have them finish the job but ultimately trying to understand maybe where we fell to understand the overall business model. They told me they understood our situation and that the supervisor okayed them to come back and clean our basement for 2 hours. Well, I got an email that night confirming the appointment and with the amount we would be charged. I emailed them trying to understand that maybe this was just an automatic email and that we wouldn’t be charged and someone responded saying that we would be charged. I called their number explaining my frustration and asking if it was a mistake and apparently they decided to not tell us that after talking to the ladies who cleaned our house, they “asked us” if they could stay later and we never responded. I tried to explain that there was a language barrier and neither of us understood they asked to stay later and they didn’t care what I had to say. This company definitely does not value you and they find it acceptable that all that was cleaned was our bedroom, 3 bathrooms and living room and kitchen - roughly half of our house - in 4 hours. They are too cheap to make it right and their “customer satisfaction guarantee” didn’t apply to us because we didn’t speak the same language and that was our fault. Honestly I’m just really appalled by the goodwill of this company and their willingness to ensure positive customer service. We were thinking about using them more frequently too but not after this. Be warned.

They are here every other week. I've had them for years. The whole thing is perfect. I like the girls. They have regular people come every time. They're very personable and they get along with the animals.

We were refereed by my wife's friend. So we logged in and asked for a quote.
We then called and the scheduled a move out service with them. We set up the appointment over the phone for Monday, and they called on Saturday to confirm the appointment and gave me a three hour window (1-3pm) which the maids would arrive.
On the day of, the ladies arrived at 2:10 pm and finished at around 5:15 pm. The house was in fantastic shape. They did a really good job and cleaned everything very thoroughly.
We'll definitely consider them again for regular cleanings.

We asked the tesm to stop cleaning at the 3-hour mark, and even though they misunderstood us and went over 3 hours, Molly Maids honored our original request and didn't charge us for the extra hour.

They were awesome. We just moved into a brand new town home. I had trouble scheduling with another company for a Big Deal, but Molly Maids was here within two days of my call.

Did not clean the place well, I sent the after cleaning pictures to them, they sent another team come back (did not charge more) to correct. 

Molly Maid Seattle Eastside were fine. They came on time and did everything right. They were supposed to basically clean up the entire house. They did that.

After seeing their good rating with Angie's List, I had someone come out & give me an estimate for cleaning my house.  Jessica came out & we walked through the house to see what I wanted covered.  I thought the estimate was very reasonable. ( Before moving to our current house we had another cleaning service so I gauged the estimate by what I had been paying.)  I had service starting in October & continue to have them clean every 2 weeks.  Everything is positively sparkling when they leave.  I love the consistency of having the same team each time.  They are prompt arriving when scheduled, always pleasant & get everything done efficiently.  I am happy to recommend them!

The experience started great - we received a phone call almost immediately after submitting their web request form. Their front-end customer service was great, and we scheduled a walk-thru the following week. The woman who came, Veronica, was very professional, took notes, answered my questions and gave me the price estimates. We scheduled the cleaning for the following week. Three women came out, also very professional and worked for 3-4 hours on our first floor (kitchen, dining room, living room, family room, office, laundry room, entryway and bathroom) and second floor (three bedrooms, library and two bathrooms). At first glance, everything looked great to me, so I tipped them each generously.
Later, as I reviewed their work more carefully, I noticed that they missed a lot of the blinds they were supposed to have dusted - it looked like they just went over them very quickly. And the dirt from a window sill had been brushed onto my daughter's bed. Found areas of dust left untouched around the house, especially on picture frames, and although Veronica told me the service included washing the fronts of all kitchen cabinets, they didn't touch most of them.
Veronica followed up with me two days later via email to check on my satisfaction and ask whether we wanted a weekly or monthly schedule. I explained that although the work was pretty good, I was dissatisfied with some of the results and that we wouldn't be scheduling an ongoing service. She never responded to that which really surprised me. For a company who seems to know how to start a customer relationship, they definitely don't know how to salvage one. I would have been really impressed if she had apologized on behalf of the team she sent, and offered to come out and do whatever it would take to make me happy and get my business. More than anything else, this is why I give them only a "Fair" rating and why we won't hire them again.
