We then called and the scheduled a move out service with them. We set up the appointment over the phone for Monday, and they called on Saturday to confirm the appointment and gave me a three hour window (1-3pm) which the maids would arrive.
On the day of, the ladies arrived at 2:10 pm and finished at around 5:15 pm. The house was in fantastic shape. They did a really good job and cleaned everything very thoroughly.
We'll definitely consider them again for regular cleanings.

Later, as I reviewed their work more carefully, I noticed that they missed a lot of the blinds they were supposed to have dusted - it looked like they just went over them very quickly. And the dirt from a window sill had been brushed onto my daughter's bed. Found areas of dust left untouched around the house, especially on picture frames, and although Veronica told me the service included washing the fronts of all kitchen cabinets, they didn't touch most of them.
Veronica followed up with me two days later via email to check on my satisfaction and ask whether we wanted a weekly or monthly schedule. I explained that although the work was pretty good, I was dissatisfied with some of the results and that we wouldn't be scheduling an ongoing service. She never responded to that which really surprised me. For a company who seems to know how to start a customer relationship, they definitely don't know how to salvage one. I would have been really impressed if she had apologized on behalf of the team she sent, and offered to come out and do whatever it would take to make me happy and get my business. More than anything else, this is why I give them only a "Fair" rating and why we won't hire them again.
