It was good. It was pretty simple. Of course I will use them again. They swept the front interior, they no longer do the car wash. They check all the fluids.

I have an old Corolla and I just take it in there. They do a good job. My car hasn't needed much, just routine things like replacing tires, minor things. Part of it is because they check the car over well. It's a reliable company.

The only other thing we had is we had the navigation service updated and I was not real happy about that. It was a lot of extra money and as far as I can tell, the thing doesn't work any better than it did before. I am not real pleased with that particular service. That is the only thing other thing. Otherwise, the car is great. If I can find somebody better and cheaper, Micheal's is a little expensive. I like independence. Responsiveness was a B, it took a while too. They didn't explain to us what it was going to cost. I was not very happy by the time I left there. We ended up spending over $200 to get our system updated which just blew me away.
