Visited the show room and looked at fabric samples. Took fabric samples home and looked at them in different light - day and night. Designer helped me select fabric and drape rod.

They agreed to work with us even though we waited a year to complain. The factory rep came out and talked to us and took pictures and questioned us in detail. They sent the couch back to Baker to try and address our issues. When the couch came back it still wasn't working. I told Masins I'd be willing to pay an additional charge, whatever it took to get the three-cushion couch. Masins said they would in effect buy back our existing couch from us and give us the new couch at no additional charge. Baker then said they couldn't do three cushions unless it was another six inches longer. We agreed to that, and also agreed to pay an additional $600 for the slightly larger couch. Not only that, Masins is letting us keep the old couch until the new one comes. There are any number of ways this transaction could have gone, but this is customer service that's a cut above the rest. We have bought from Masins before, and we will definitely be their loyal customers in the future as well.

THE DESIGNER WE WORKED WITH WAS PROFESSIONAL AND HAD VERY INNOVATIVE AND CREATIVE IDEAS. WE ARE EXTREMELY PLEASED WITH THE PRODUCT AND WILL WORK WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN FOR FUTURE FURNITURE PURCHASES.

WE WORKED WITH AN ON STAFF DESIGNER TO PIECE TOGETHER OUR DINING ROOM SET TO BEST FIT THE SIZE OF OUR DINING ROOM. OUR DESIGNER WAS VERY KNOWLEGABLE AND EXTREMELY HELPFUL IN FINDING WHAT WOULD BEST FIT OUR NEEDS.
