Alternators
anVery high quliaty aftermarket hitch and hardware was provided to Mann's. They would not install the OEM BMW harness as they did not know how to program the ECU. All hardware, lock and keys were provided. I left the vehicle with them and they installed the hitch, except they claimed they could not find the 7-way trailer adaptor, one of the safety chain loops and the keys to unlock the receiver. I needed the trailer the following weekend to drive our son to school and received the vehicle back with out the 7-way adapter installed and the saftey loop.
A note that was written on the invoice stated they could not find the hardware in the back of the vehicle. (Younger son picked up the vehicle and drove home assuming all was ok) I looked and found all components in the box and back of the X5 and ended up installing these myself. No price reduction, no call and not avaialbe after 3pm!
These guys can do basic hitches but do not give them anything slightly more difficult. The bankers hours they use are ridiculous 7:30a - 3p....
