CAME ON TIME; FRIENDLY. I THINK HE HAD BEEN TOLD HOW MUCH WE THOUGHT THE HOUSE WAS WORTH & HOW MUCH WE WANTED TO RE-FINANCE, BECAUSE HE CAME UP WITH EXACTLY THE SAME NUMBER. HE MIGHT HAVE BEEN ABLE TO COME UP WITH A HIGHER NUMBER IF HE WEIGHTED SOME THINGS DIFFERENTLY. WE DID GET A VERY NICE REPORT THAT SPELLED EVERYTHING OUT.
