Irina's partner, Alex, usually cleans our house and does a very thorough job.  Besides what most people would consider regular housecleaning, he takes special care to clean corners, does a particularly detailed job in the bathroom, and will move things to dust if told it is okay to do so.  He is very respectful about our things.  Alex also does a great job with our floors, which include a variety of stone, wood, tile, and carpet.  Irina always sends a reminder about the time Alex will arrive and he is very punctual.  She also asks if there is anything special or anything needing particular attention I would like done.  They are great with pets (our cats) and will make beds and straighten up our laundry room.  I highly recommend MAGIK to others.  I use another cleaning company who alternates weeks and feel MAGIK does the most consistent great job.

The couple is always punctual and welcome feedback.  Accomadating to my preferences such as to use my own vacumer and to use my own steamer to clean the floor.  Very pleasant to work with as well.

I love coming home after she has come because the house is so clean and smells so fresh.
