Lisa consulted before we moved.  Then she asked us to make a few changes.  She came in before the house was listed and staged an empty house.  The initial month was $2600 with $500 for each subsequent month.  We paid 50%, the Realtor the other 50%.  We had about 100 showing - people loved the staging and window treatments - any negative feedback was related to a foundation issue with the house - the decorations only improved its look.  After 3 months we decided to rent out the house.  We could have definitely sold it if we lowered the price a bit, but it wasn't the best business decision.  When we pulled the listing Lisa offered to let us keep the staging furniture rent free to help with the renting.  We had great showings and it rented out in 3.5 weeks to a great renter.  The furniture made a difference.  Lisa has a great eye for design and I wish I would have met her sooner for design ideas.  Bottom line - the staging HELPED our house - I don't think that we would have rented it quickly if we didn't have it staged.  I give Lisa my highest recommendation.  She's responsive, easy to work with, and fun!
