About us

I started my company in 2002. I have always worked with color and design for remodels and new construction. The industry and the changes within the building world needed a strong designer who understands BUDGETS and the need to create a complete design on that budget - without looking like a budget design. SIMPLIFYING the PROCESS for builders and home owners. I spend quality time in the field researching products at affordable prices that bring the greatest durability and visual impact to the project. Clearly the consulting support to developers/builders and homes owners has proven valuable. Clients can choose to sign up for a hourly rate for the work or a flat rate for a complete design package. My website provide a clear scope of the design strength I have brought to the table whether it be a remodel, multiunit project, commercial space or a custom home. I love my work and I believe it shows in the relationship with the all my clients and the outcome of a completed project.

When Lydia is on, she is on.  She clearly knows what she is doing and has a wonderful eye.  Where she falls short is the business end of things.  She was constantly late, overbooked or needed to reschedule.  My husband and I both work full time and have two children.  To get a call 10 minutes before a meeting saying she is running late is unacceptable.  She also made two major error in relaying our selections to the contractor including the hardwood we selected and part of our backsplash. If she could get herself organized then she would be an A rating.

She is awesome. We had our own ideas, she just came alongside us and picked the colors that wouldn't act strange and would be nice in our rooms. She went around the whole house and did that for the interior and exterior of our house. We loved the work she did. We would absolutely use her services again, if needed.
