Ken Nesland's Landscaping

This is a follow up to my previous review. Since job completion several things occurred that not only did Ken complain about but did not want to deal with. Half his plants died in the spring. He replaced some of them and said they were being over-watered. He was the one that put in the sprinkler system and set the watering schedule. As more died he said he would not be responsible for homeowner error and refused to address the issue. He also missed one area of the yard with the sprinkler system and would not fix it. As spring rolled around and I started cutting the lawn for the first time since he put it in I found the slope of the lawn was uneven and the lawn mower scalped the lawn. He said the lawn mower was set too low and refused to address it. My lawn mower is set higher than all my neighbors and I had to raise it beyond that to make it so the scalping was less obvious but still not fixed. These are only a few of the problems that cropped up. Ken decided he was done and would not fix anything.

Great! Efficient, dedicated. Good workers. Knows his plants and how to install and take care of them. Installation of lawn was great and will give me a super base for it to grow and stay healthy. Rockery was done super well and looks great.
