Keever and Associates, Inc., Seattle Remodeling and General Contractors was incorporated in 1977 and has built hundreds of custom commercial and residential projects around the Puget Sound region. Very well; we are very happy with how the basement turned out.  The work was completed within 2 weeks of the initial timeline, and was less than 20% over the original budget.  Kyle's greatest strength is his sub-contractors, who are all friendly, efficient, and great at what they do.  If Kyle could improve on anything, we struggled a bit with communication, particularly towards the end of the project.  Overall, a job well done.
