Mike Hamm is an excellent realtor. He communicated with me several times a week and always kept me informed of what was going on. He made me aware of any visitors who came to the condo. He gave me all the feedback and copied me on all the emails that he sent to the visiting agents so that I could see their responses. He also helped me out with a lot of things that I needed to deal with in terms of the homeowners' association, as there were some concerns regarding some of the condo issues. He helped me to deal directly with them. He was very good and he treats everybody in the same way whether you are high end or average in terms of your property value. I would highly recommend him to anyone. I had to pay a standard commission and he was very professional. If need be, then I would definitely use his services in the future too.
