Perhaps so, but we weren't doing anything different than what we had done from the first cleaning to the second cleaning and there was no stickiness after the first waxing. We said so and could he come out and see what was going on? He said he'd been by a couple days after the waxing and we were all happy. I suspect that was because we assumed the stickiness was just the wax being new. But he refused to come out and help us, saying it was all our fault.

"To whom it may concern, Mostly me, us, our company and good name. I will post [Member name]'s e-mail and my initial response letter following this rebuttal. We did this work months ago, I diligently followed up to see how their floors were holding up 2 weeks after service was provided. When I walked in unannounced everything was great, terrific, no problems, thanks for the good work (again). 2 weeks after that [Member name] the manager called and inquired what kind of product they should use to clean the floor. (NO MENTION OF ANY STICKINESS) I recommended a product she could get at most hardware stores, that's it.........nothing more. In [Member name]'s e-mail, she was in surgery during the afternoon of my reply: CALL ME WHEN YOU HAVE A CHANCE- BUT NO CALL!! From one business person to the next, what kind of person would write a complaint,tarnish our image with out even a conversation? I don't even know of, or have ever talked to this [Member name]? I have and always will encourage customers to call and discuss any and all comments, complaints or issues. Our goal is for all customers to walk away completely satisfied. Very disturbing and disappointing.... (See e-mail from Jackie and my response to her e-mail below) Regards to all, Richard Jones Proprietor since 1984 E-mail from [Member name] July 10th: Hello! We had you guys come in a few months ago to All Care Pet Hospital. I spoke with the manager about what type of floor cleaner to use and he suggested we use a Neutral ph floor cleaner. The floors are now worse than ever and VERY STICKY. The owner is very unhappy the floors are not holding up at all. She would like some one to come in at no charge due to floors already ruined? Please contact me email if possible as I am in surgery all morning. Thank you, [Member name] All Care Pet Hospital ________________ My response on July 10th: Hi [Member name], It sounds like you are using WAY to much product in your mopping, not really drying the floors properly, leaving them to wet. This is how and why the floors are sticky. and the finish is breaking down. Really, you just barely need a thimble per 5 gallons of water!!! We used the exact same product and procedure in stripping and finishing the floors as we did the first time we did them. I made a trip out to look at them when they were completed and they looked great, you were happy, your staff expressed satisfaction. Unfortunately we cannot be responsible with how you maintain them. Vinyl floors can be tricky, I know we've been doing this work for over 31 years. Give me a call when you can. I'm just shocked to say the least, as I would have been happy to come out again and see what was going on. The service was provided over 4 months ago, and everyone was over the top happy 2 weeks after service, I'm confused."
We requested that he empty all downspout catch cups on our Leaf Guard gutters, which he did. He did a very nice job in cleaning up the debri that blew off the roof and he did a great job cleaning the skylights. This is the third year I have used this company and I will have them again in a few years.
