I've never had a decent Realtor before and he is the only one I would give an 'A' to. He maintained my home when I couldn't, when I was out of town, he helped with different ends of the real estate transaction, he priced my house were it would sell, updated my signs and flyers, advertised all over the place and helped me to stay confident that my home would sell. He helped me in every aspect and went above and beyond. He also gave me a good price and was willing to discount his rate for me. His quality was excellent and he really did a great job. He was everything that most realtors aren't.
