They started weeks after they claimed they would, they took 22 weeks to "almost" complete what they estimated would be a 6-8 week project, they did not complete the work to our satisfaction, and they were ~20K over their original estimate. They initially installed mismatched can lights (we caught them trying to spray paint over them); they used the wrong paint on the walls multiple times; it took them three tries to install a shower door (they broke out brand new tiles two times in a row first); and the list goes on. As best we could tell, they also altered subcontractor invoice totals, and provided us and our insurance company with totals that were higher than what was actually owed. Absolutely the worst experience we've ever had with a contractor.

They did a fabulous job.  I remodeled 2 bathrooms in my home. They kept on schedule the entire time.  THe cost was excatly what they said it was going to be.

The estimating process was too loose.  We were not on the same page with regard to expected budgets and that's where things went awry.  I made my budget limits known, but despite that, the budget ballooned out of control.  While I thought I was managing it effectively, the final invoice was astonishingly higher than I expected.

I like everything about them. Overall experience is excellent. In terms of price, I think they are competitive. They are not low but they are competitive. They are very nice in terms of quality. In terms of responsiveness, they are more than excellent. Punctuality and professionalism is very good. I would absolutely continue to use their services again in the future. They help me all the time and they do follow up too.

The experience went well. Everything went fine. Their price was fair, I haven't been billed yet. They cleaned up after themselves.

They were very professional. We were working with a budget and they did a great job sticking to doing only what we asked them to do. It came out to be exactly what we were looking for. The guys worked hard and did a fantastic job.
