+ -1 moreI did not hire him because he didn't give me the opportunity to do so. It was a small project; a new concrete staircase to replace an old staircase built into the side of a hill. I would have understood if he had told me he didn't have time for my small project but to have me repeatedly call and email with no response over many weeks is completely unprofessional.
Description of Work: I needed a geotechnical engineer to produce a letter for the Seattle City Building Department for a small project I was having done on my home. After speaking with Mr. Cross several times where he assured me that he would be able to help me with my building permit, he stopped responding to phone calls and emails with no explanation.
