I was having a problem with our TV system.  Called Integrity (who installed our system) for a service call.  Instead, troubleshooting happened over the phone and problem solved!  They could have easily sent out a service rep and charged us.  Integrity and customer service with this company is A+

The installation would have gone smoothly, but as they identified the new speaker locations and started to cut the holes in the sheet rock, they discovered some issues with the studs (there were 4 or 5 side by side) that would prevent them from installing the speakers. They took pictures and decided to do some more research before moving forward. While it was disappointing to have the install delayed, they were very good at keeping me updated and presented some other options. In the end, after much more work and difficulty, they were able to install my system. I am very happy with their work and their diligence. I feel that some companies may have given up, but I never got the sense that they would have. Further, a few days later, I had some problems with the system due to operator error. They came back out and provided more training (and made a slight change to the ir transmitter to keep me from having the issue). They have been very customer focused through out the experience and I have appreciated how they treated me. I would highly recommend them for small or large jobs!

They were great. They were polite and knowledgeable. They had some trainee come out that wasn't able to do the work initially, so they sent out another person who did the work for no extra charge.

They were very professional, had the right equipment for the work and did some good research on a few latest devices that worked very well for me. The price was a little high.

THE COMPANY HAS CHANGED NAMES, BUT THE OWNERSHIP IS THE SAME. THEY DID A GREAT JOB. FRIENDLY, CLEAN, GOOD SUGGESTIONS FOR WAYS TO MAXIMIZE THE EQUIPMENT WE ALREADY HAD WITHOUT ALOT OF PRESSURE TO UPGRADE.
