I have purchased 5+ PCs from Hard Drives over the last 15 years. They carry good equipment, provide solid advice and do an excellent job of servicing repairs or upgrades.

OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT. I REALLY APPRECIATED THEIR KNOWLEDGE OF THE AVAILABLE OPTIONS AND THEIR FLEXIBILITY IN ALLOWING US TO CUSTOMIZE THE PC. THEY ARE VERY CONVENIENTLY LOCATED NEAR OUR HOME AND WORK AND WE HAVE STOPPED IN ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS AND ASKED QUESTIONS, RECEIVED ADVICE ON OTHER HOME TECHNOLOGY MATTERS.

WE CALLED THEM FIRST TO SEE IF THEY COULD DO THE SPECS THAT I WANTED DONE. WHEN WE GOT THEIR ESTIMATE I CALLED AROUND AND THEY WERE THE BEST PRICE AND WE HAD WORK DONE BY THEM BEFORE. THEY WERE ON TIME AND DID A GREAT JOB.

I WAS DISAPPOINTED IN THE AMOUNT OF TIME IT TOOK FOR THE PROVIDER TO GET TO THE COMPUTER (SOME 4-5 BUSINESS DAYS). AN ADDITIONAL FEE WOULD HAVE BEEN REQUIRED FOR THE LAPTOP TO BE EVALUATED WITHIN 48 HOURS OF BEING BROUGHT IN FOR SERVICE. THE ACTUAL WORK TOOK LITTLE TIME, AND GOT THE COMPUTER WORKING.
