Our personalized training programs at Good Time Fitness are the best because we focus on training, not exercising. What this means is we write down all of our client's workouts in their training logs and progress off of what was done last session. This is absolutely the best way to burn fat and tone up because if your training has a linear progression then your body is also expending more calories every session. If you're doing the same workouts every session, you're also burning the same amount of calories every session and thus making no progress.
