Glenn thought he had identified the problem and applied a simple low cost fix. The fix didn’t work. I don’t fault Glenn for this as his fix was worth a shot. My problem is that months later when it was clear that the fix didn’t work and I reached out to Glenn to see if he would like to take another stab at it, there was no response. Multiple messages, no response. I would understand if Glenn was too busy to take on a small job but the fact he would not even return a phone call to a homeowner regarding a problem he had failed to fix is unprofessional and disappointing.
