Glass Master helped install a glass door on a shower/steam shower as well as 2 large mirrors in guest and family bathrooms. The mirrors and door are all very high end, quality of work is outstanding, prices excellent, and people very friendly and kind. We detected a problem a few months after installation and they came out and addressed the issue very promptly and courteously. They are very awesome. Thank you Glass Master!

Glass Master did a fantastic job on install of a glass door for a shower/steam room, a mirror in shared bathroom and another mirror in guest bathroom. Workman ship was excellent. Price was very reasonable. The people are very warm and genuine. Super happy with the work and will definitely hire them again when the need arises.

Angies list is a joke, guy didn't even remember he was listed here, answered phone "hello?" Should have been my first red flag. Didn't listen to my phone call clearly and started cutting right away (?), and seemed confused when I got there, he cursed and screamed at me. I am the type to assume I've done something wrong so I let it roll. A week goes by, several unanswered phone calls later he finally finishes it and curses me for "wasting his time" when he had a "Big $3000 order" to work on. EXCUUUUUUUSE me! Honestly I will never use Angie s List after this, what a joke, would have been better served with a Google search.

Glass Master is one of those rare cases where you get all three: quality, speed & affordability. Ramin came over to measure and bid our project one day after we contacted him, even though it put him at our place in the early evening. In addition to offering an excellent price on a deluxe product (1/2” thick Starphire glass), he told us delivery and installation would be about 7 – 10 business days. We were a little surprised to get a call 5 business days later (Monday morning) asking if they could install that afternoon! The installation went as smooth as imaginable, and the shower wall looks wonderful. The competitor’s bid (big, successful, local) took almost three weeks to get, cost 30% more, and included 3 to 4 weeks lead time before installation. We are exceptionally pleased with GlassMaster, and would hire them again without hesitation. GlassMaster really deserves the opportunity to win your business!

Ramin's work is excellent and competitively priced (we priced out 4 quotes). Our particular shower install was challenging: set into channels in the floor and wall and hinges into glass subway tile. Due to some out-of-true walls, he had to return a second time with a new piece of glass to complete the job, but he honored his original quote. He and his crew pay attention to details, and the finished product fabulous. We would definitely hire Glass Master again.

Excellent. Glass Masters was efficient, timely, extremely courteous, competitive in price and very clean. The team worked hard to get my shower door exactly right. Ramin gave me the best quote, and the quality of the product is solid. He doesn't just give me a number but really explains the options and the cost. On the day of the job, he and the team is right on time and did a professional job from start to end. He is down to the details and makes sure the job is done right. My patio door is old and needs to be repaired. It is hard to get the door out and fix but they were very creative and efficient to fix the problem.

I contact Ramin over the phone to get an estimation about a frame less shower glass installation. Ramin went to my home in the next day and he arrived on time for the estimation. He is very professional and polite. He answered all my questions and provided some suggestions and comments about how the installation should be done. My shower has a granite bench, what makes the installation a little trick because of the angles. Ramin promptly explained what would be needed and also offered to make a notch in the granite for the shower glass to be inserted into. He also brought catalogs that I was able to select the hardware I want. I was very impressed with his professionalism that I decided to use his services also for my mirrors installation.
The estimation price was very competitive and after we closing the deal, he scheduled the installation of the shower and mirror for the next 7 days.
After 7 days, his crew showed up and started the installation. I was on site to answer any questions. I found out the handles I have ordered were not the ones that came with the installation crew. The guys reported the problem and asked Ramin to bring the one I have ordered by phone. During the mirror installation, I pointed out that the position of the mirror was not what I have asked Ramin to do it and asked the guy to measure the distance correctly. The guy got frustrated and when I mentioned the correct height was 11" he told me to let him do his job, that he was a professional and he knows how to do it. I told him that if I had not pointed it out the correct height he would have incorrectly installed the mirror. I did not appreciate his attitude since I am a customer and want the job to be done the way I want. Ramin finally showed up bring the correct handle and I felt much more comfortable with his presence on the site.
The installation went flawless. Even though I had an argument with the installation guy, I cannot deny the quality of his work. The mirrors and the shower look amazing. I am extremely happy with the results.
I am ranking them with highest grade because of the result of the work and because of their unbeatable price. I hope the installation guy learn from this review that it is very important to treat customer with highest care and respect, no matter what. We are the reason for their success.

This was not an easy job as the bench was slightly sloped to allow for run-off while using the shower. This made it difficult to
achieve the proper angle where the two panels of glass met. It took a couple of tries to get the glass cut properly from the supplier, but Ramin ultimately did a very nice job. He suggested we use the thicker glass as the cost differential wasn't that bad. We are so glad we took his advice. The doors and panels look and feel very substantial and luxurious. I think thinner glass would have felt
unsafe in the main family bath. The glass treatment works very well. Just squeegee after a shower and don't ever use harsh cleaners. We have gotten many compliments on how nice the glass is in both showers.

Glass Master LLC helped us out by replacing windows that the previous homeowner had installed with their own design. When we got bids for replacement windows in other areas of our house, the companies would not bid on these particular windows. We felt stuck because we didn't know what to do - the seals had broken, and they were clouded and looked terrible. We were so happy to meet the team at Glass Master, they got perfect replacement windows installed for a great price. They look like new, and were done in only three hours. The price was excellent, they were very professional, and made what we thought was going to be a major hassle, very easy!

Ramin was very responsive from our first interaction. He came in promptly to measure for the shower glass and explained clearly the parts that would go in. He also was accommodating of the door hardware that we required so it would match our shower hardware. We had to move the installation date a couple of times due to unassociated delays which Ramin accommodated without any trouble. On the day of the installation he explained the process in detail so I knew what to expect. There was some issue with aligning the door which he showed me before fixing anything so I could decide on how I wanted it installed. Overall, it was a very positive experience and we would definitely recommend using him.

When the sliding glass doors in our shower stopped working, I went to Lowes. I expected to buy new doors and pay Lowes to install them, thinking that using Lowes would make this a relatively easy, stress-free experience. Hah! I don't know what happened at Lowes, but evidently my request disappeared into some sort of contractor black hole.
After weeks of waiting and frustration and badgering the store manager at Lowes, I gave up and started looking on Angie's List to find a glass/mirror contractor. GlassMaster was my first phone call, and what a different experience from the one at Lowes. Ramin at GlassMaster was courteous, professional, and responsive. He arrived to provide an estimate within two days, and we agreed upon a price. When the price for the materials was more than I expected, he called to let me know.
He installed new shower doors today, and I am very impressed with the work. Everything went very smoothly, and Ramin was anything you could ever want in a contractor -- polite, competent, knowledgeable, and efficient, with reasonable pricing. (Even our dog liked him.) If we decide to install new windows, he will be the first one I call. I would definitely hire him again.

Ramin responded to my messages promptly and he had availability the next business day!! I was SO PLEASED because I really needed the mirror out ASAP! He called the morning of to confirm and then called 30 min ahead of arrival! He and his crew arrived right on time! The were very efficient and professional! Removed the mirror safely and with ease and disposed of it for me! It was WONDERFUL! If I end up replacing the mirror I will use Glass Master again! Ramin even gave me a discount making his price THE BEST I could find!! :-) Thanks again for being AWESOME!

I highly recommend Ramin at Glass Master. We are doing a complete remodel of our home and Ramin has been the most reliable and professional contractor we have used thus far. Ramin was always prompt in responding to my questions. He is very straightforward. After I provided the details, he gave the quote, which is very reasonable. Mirror took a few days to be made, which Ramin indicated in advance. Unfortunately, the first mirror broke when the technicians were on their way for the installation. For some reason, we did not know about the situation until we called after some wait. Nonetheless, Ramin was able to get a new mirror and did the installation on the next day. Overall, we got a new mirror and all is good. Thanks.
