Many thanks to First American for their professionalism and patience. They did everything they could to help us close early and kept their cool even when our lender sent 8 versions of the final HUD statement. Very friendly and went above and beyond to get us home early!

Although we have no basis for comparison, we had no complaints. They were prompt, friendly, and professional and everything came through right on time. Even though it was downtown they covered parking so that wasn't too much of a hassle, and they also didn't schedule us at rush hour. We had very little notice on the day that we went to sign the documents, but I'm not sure that could be helped, however since there was no explanation given I dinged them for that on Punctuality. I would've liked a few days in case I wanted an attorney to look over the docs, and also because I needed to take off work for it. However, we were in a little bit of a rush to close and didn't want to delay either, so we jumped on the opportunity. We/they missed one signature so we had to return again to take care of that, but clearly it wasn't all their fault and they were very responsive and helpful with taking care of the fix, even offering to send a courier to us to get it finished that very day. I'm not exactly sure how much this service cost since it was all lumped together, but I know that the rates were very competitive. This is only an estimate. Overall, I felt things went smoothly and they provided quality service.
