Two times ignored. After going to store a second time, they said they had lost my information. Finally salesman came to house, measured and said he would send a quote that day. That was two weeks ago. Waste of time...

They forgot to mention on the contract that they don't do electrical work, so when they put in the gas insert they left wires hanging out and said we needed to get someone to do it. It took a month before we got it resolved. They ended up paying for half the cost of electrical work after we threatened to take them to arbratation.
