Title Companies
When we were purchasing our home, our real estate agent recommended Fidelity National Title to us. Amelia Berlanga and T. Grant were our closing agents, and they did an amazing job. As it turned out, we had an issue with the title on the house we wanted to buy that could have taken a week or more to resolve, but because of their responsiveness, it was resolved in a couple of days. They put everything in order to allow us to close on time. Also, I appreciated that there were no hidden fees or junk fees when it came time to sign the settlement statement.
