Kim Dashner of the Zender Team worked tirelessly to be sure my daughter, a disabled veteran, could obtain a mortgage loan for her new condo. In addition to the usual, unfortunate obstacles placed in the way of veterans before they can obtain their loans, in my daugher's case there were several unusual hurdles to overcome. Kim stayed the course and helped navigate unfamiliar waters. Suddenly the loan closed and my daughter had the keys to her condo and her wide open future. Thanks so much to Kim and the Zender Team!
