+ -1 moreMy experience with them has been awesome. They immediately took care of any kind of problem. They have beautiful oversized apartments and wonderful floor plans. The management is the best. When you talk to them, it's like talking to your best friend. The grounds are immaculate and they are always upgrading. Laura and Amy in the office are great and Peter and Alex in maintenance are a dream. They are a little pricey, but they are the best in Renton. Well worth it if you can afford it. The negative is that it is pretty close to the freeway and Boeing is nearby so it can get a little noisy. Most apartments have absolutely amazing views of the city and Lake Washington.
Description of Work: I lived in Pinnacle on Lake Washington for 8 years.
