Wonderful. Matt and his team were so easy to work with. He did every single one of his steps that he said he would do. The staging company that Matt used totally transformed the inside of the house and made it much more desirable to the younger people looking for the great trends and looks for their home. If you are looking to hire a Real Estate Broker, YOU HAVE TO HIRE MATT! I have referred him to family and friends and every single one of them have called to thank me. We interviewed several Brokers and I'm so grateful that Matt is who we chose.

This house was supposed to be 'beautifully remodeled throughout by custom home builder'- quote from his brochure on the house. The house in actuality is a house that was decorated and painted to cover the most heinous of problems. We have spent thousands of dollars repairing problems with the house and are looking at more (we've been here only 2 months). I would advise you if you see this guy or this firm as the listing company on a house - RUN, do not walk away - get another house. It isn't worth the risk that you might be buying a house that was not maintained but has been made to look 'pretty'. Remember, you can put lipstick on a Pitt Bull but it is still a Pitt Bull.
