Element Smart Roofing

Quatlity work, and experienced workers who show that they care about doing a good job and also helping find the best solutions to challenges. We had both a metal Sloped Roofing (house and detached garage) and a nearly 900 sq ft flat TPO membrane roof installed, plus parapet wall construction. Difficult work site on a hill. Friendly and courteous. Were here on days as scheduled. Kept site clean including during demolition. Would recommend, and hire again.

Overall, the technician did a good job.  However, upon the completion of service, I discovered various spots on my roof at which the paint had been chipped away.  Despite remaining in contact with David Jones (a manager at Element Smart Roofing) and his acknowledgement of the damage, the company has not returned to repaint the impacted areas as promised.  I have the supplies needed for the job on-hand and would like to get the matter resolved ASAP.  It has been over a month since I initially contacted Mr. Jones in regards to this matter.

We had an excellent experience with Element.  They are a young and hard working company with great attitudes.  They work with the consumer well.  Having been a lawyer for over 43 years, I am particularly aware of all the concerns that can accompany a project which may involve unforseen problems.  Element took care of issues that they encountered and showed us pictures of work they did in difficult places to prove that their work was thorough and would be longlasting.  They even replaced some small rare plants that inadvertently got damaged and discounted their final bill to reflect that.  All in all, great and careful work.  We plan to use them regularly.
