We service, repair and overhaul automatic and manual transmissions, clutches, transaxles, transfer cases, differentials, axles, CV joints, and total car care. We are capable of handling all vehicles up to four tons. We believe our continued success comes from our ability to uphold the highest standards in the transmission repair industry. We offer many services, just as our way of thanking our customers for their continued patronage. We offer a from a one-year or 12,000 mile warranty up too a three-year or 50,000 mile warranty on most automatic transmissions and a one-year. Majority of our other services carry a one-year or 12,000 mile warranty.

Thought I had a transmission problem. Terrance listened to my symptoms and told me it was one of three problems. Two related to the engine and one to the transmission. I appreciated his patience in explaining the various possibilities and costs - I like knowing what the possibilities are and if they make logical sense to me.
They did a fair amount of diagnosing the problem - test drives with monitors attached - and concluded that at least part of the problem was the spark plugs. The engine was just not firing correctly when it was under load. The next problem was taking out the spark plugs - they were rusted in place and it took patience and time to get them out without harming the engine block. This required an overnight stay at the shop - unexpected but I was happy they didn't rush the process and strip the plugs.
Terrance recommended that I go with just the spark plugs rather than go to the expense of fixing the other components that would add $800 to the bill. He explained that they could be easily changed later if necessary but he was pretty sure the spark plugs would solve the problem. I appreciate his candor and the fact that he was thinking about my pocketbook also.
The results so far are just fine. The tranny performs as expected, with no problems. Terrance was also able to work with my schedule (and to accommodate the fact that I drove 25 miles for the job) to get follow-up checks done. I expect to be able to tow some big toys with it and for a long way. I have no doubt the old Ford could get a 30 foot trailer over Snoqualmie Pass with no problem.
I was very impressed with his professionalism and customer service. I will definitely go to him if I decide to replace my transmission.
