 + -1 moreI worked with Ron who is their cabinet sales consultant. He was very knowledgeable on the product and had excellent recommendations. The price was good and everything on time. I also had lumber delivered from Dunn and the quality was excellent as usual. Dunn is great to work with.
Description of Work: Provided Canyon Creek vanities and counter tops for 2 bathrooms in my home.

 + 0 moreThis order of material was done while I was out of state traveling. I needed to order some trim material so it would be ready as soon as I returned to Seattle. I called Dunn Lumber and with their help, I was able to see various products on their online catalog and pick the right one. I paid over the phone, delivery was scheduled, and the items arrived on time as promised. Every person I dealt with was friendly, professional, and courteous, including the delivery truck driver. In contrast, I also tried the same thing with the big orange home improvement chain. I called twice, and they couldn't transfer my call to right department - twice. I'm glad I didn't waste any more time on them!
Description of Work: I contacted Dunn Lumber in Bellevue to purchase baseboard moulding for a remodeling project. They were very helpful in guiding me to select the right product, and their prices are excellent. The ordering process was quick and hassle free. They delivered the items to my house on time and in great condition.

 + -1 moreWe worked with John who was a pleasure to deal with. He was polite and very knowledgeable. We may have paid more than we would have at one of the big box building supply stores, but it was a pleasure to work with someone who really cared about what we wanted. We never felt rushed or that we were keeping him from a break or something else. What a difference it was from the big box stores.
Description of Work: We ordered two Milgard Patio Slider doors.
