Interior Design and Decorating
I stopped into the showroom to look at samples of tile for my laundry room. When the owner/manager found out how small the order was he said "It is a hassle for us to drive to our wharehouse to pick up tile for you". I promplty left!

Kitchen and Bathroom Remodel
The designer from the company did a good job designing. All work was done by their subcontractors, which did a fairly good job, except for the shower pan tiled with pebbles. There were spots where water was trapped and seal wasn't completely properly. The designer acted as the project manager, but showed up only once after 6 months of the start of the project. Tile subcontractor was actual nice until the Design Center designer failed to show up. Budget was blown by 30%. 90% of the project completed after 6 months. The issue was the shower pan was never properly addressed.

Flooring, Carpet Installation
I was ok with this company. The carpet layers were very distracted while working. They took phone calls and did not quite pay attention to their job at hand. They lost a speaker wire that we had asked them to not lose, leading my husband to have to crawl under the house to find it after they were gone. I love the company itself but not those that actually came out to install the carpet.
