We had purchased our home in Renton through David Croppi in 2011. It was a very pleasant and painless experience. David and his assistant, Kathy were on the ball during the entire purchase. We never had to run them down for information. Therefore, when time came to sell, David and Kathy were our only choice. We contacted David in March of this year to see if selling was feasible and what we needed to do to get the house ready. Within three months we had our first and last weekend showing and 4 very nice contracts on the table. David and Kathy's advice and encouragement allowed us to sell quickly and sell well. If we were moving back to the PNW I would immediately contact David. He is market savvy and knows his craft of negotiation well.
