Dan Coleman

He does carpet cleaning and repairs, truck mounts and portables, pressure wash, patios and decks and 24 hours water damage. He is excellent.  I had real problems with my tenants leaving the carpet in a bad condition.  They left the carpet in such a bad condition that 2 carpet cleaners told me that I had to replace it and the last person I called was Dan Coleman and he cleaned it as if it was perfect.  He left it wonderfully.  He did 3 bedrooms and 2 baths.  He is very efficient and very capable.  He removes spots like nobody else can.  He is very good and I would recommend him to anybody.  I have used 4 carpet cleaning companies.  I am not sure what method he used to clean the carpet.
