Danh provided an estimate of $3500 for the work to be done over four days. I cleared my schedule, he showed up day one, then ghosted me for a week. Didn't answer phone calls. Then a week late, he showed up again without telling anyone! He said he had a family emergency which is totally fine, but just showing up a week later without any warning at all is utter nonsense for a business. At no point did they ever return any of my phone calls. Not once. Then he said "I want to do this treatment that will cost $2400" and he was told "let's evaluate, but not right now" and then he went out and just bought the materials anyway and started work then said "oops, I already started, I'm going to have to charge you." The quality of the work was good, but the communication was terrible. Nobody can make a phone call and they'll unilaterally start doing projects and then charge you for it without any approval at all.

It went wonderfully. Mr Tran and I have always worked on a verbal agreement and I have
never regretted that. Of course he will make you an estimate when you ask for it but
based on past knowledge I knew he knew what I wanted and needed. His english is limited
but his integrity and hard work is unsurpassed.

The project was completed very well and to our satisfaction. Dahn came out to the house within 1 day of my initial phone request and provided a written estimate quickly. He was very earnest in wanting to complete the work for us and he spent quite a bit of time walking through our landscape with us pointing out troublesome areas and making suggestions for improvement. This was above and beyond what we had expected.
One slight issue we had was in communication. English is a second language for Dahn and his understanding was less than I realized. We had a difference of understanding what was included in spring clean up. It was necessary to renegotiate the price for work expected and that was a bit disconcerting. However, work went forward more smoothly once we settled the confusion. Due to the language confusion, I rated overall experience as a B.

The biggest complaint I have is that they are not reliable. They would not come every time they were supposed to. They did a good job and their prices are good, but they are not as reliable as we needed them to be. I would hire them again if only they were punctual.
