I had a shower retiled. To accommodate a simple design request, they ended up extending the tile beyond where it had originally gone, and made unattractive cuts to the wood trim near the shower. Within a couple of months, several tiles began pulling away from the wall. Eventually the entire job had to be redone less than two years after they had done their job. A plumber and multiple contractors who looked at the work that Connections had done said that the materials they used were not up to code, and had not been up to code at the time they did the work. Attempts to contact them about a refund went ignored. Other work they have done around our condo development has been slap dash. The attention to detail is not what it should be.
