When I purchased this carpet cleaning special I clearly understood from things I had read that moving furniture was part of the services provided. When he arrived, he told me he does not move furniture. I had a living room and a dining room full of furniture that I expected to be moved. I went back to his website and found these statements that had led me to believe furniture would be moved: Before your carpet is cleaned Please remove breakables and items from tables and other furniture that will be moved by our crew. Remove all small items such as boxes, magazines, shoes, etc. in the areas to be cleaned. After your carpet is cleaned… 1. ... 2. ... 3. Remove blocks and tabs 24 hours after carpet is cleaned. 4. .... When I pointed out to him the information on my PC screen from his website and read it out loud to him, saying it refers to crews moving furniture, and removing blocks and tabs later from under furniture that had been moved and cleaned under, his only response was that he needs to update his website. Nothing more. This was a huge disappointment for me - and having inaccurate information on the website is negligent and deceptive. It felt to me like a version of "bait and switch." I had REALLY wanted the living room couches and end tables moved & cleaned under, as well as the dining room table and other side tables there. He was in and out of my house within 30 minutes. The parts of the carpet he did clean appear to be done acceptably well, which is why I gave him a C instead of a D in the quality rating. I will know more over time after it dries.

After seeing the Angie's List reviews, and deciding we wanted to use this carpet cleaner, we also saw a Groupon from him offering six rooms of carpet cleaning for $119, which we purchased.   When he arrived, he told us that our normal-sized living room, dining room, and playroom would be counted not as three, but as six rooms.  To do the additional bedroom, two landings and hallway would be another three rooms.  He would not compromise.  So, because we had depended on his cleaning, and we were under a time crunch we had him do it.  However, for our four rooms, two landings and one hallway, we were charged and paid for nine rooms.  His cleaning was excellent, but he did not provide water barriers for furniture legs as other cleaners have and did not offer any receipt other than an online one for the total.

made it as comfortable as he could and did an outstanding
job. Our rugs look almost new.

He was really great. The cost was around $150 and we have 2,300 square-feet of carpet. They showed up when they said they would and were able to get out pretty much all the stains. He was very upfront about the cost and was very professional. He did his thing and headed on to the next.

John did a great job on our carpets. He was very considerate of my young children and the challenge of losing their play area and interest/apprehension about the process. He worked quickly, arrived in the service window and the carpets look good. He was honest regarding what we could expect from the cleaning given our carpet is worn and polyester. I had a Groupon, so the price was very reasonable even when adding a hall and stairs. I would definitely ask him to clean our carpets again and recommend him to others!

This company was fantastic and the owner, John Aker, completed the cleaning himself. I purchased a coupon to Complete Carpet Care as a Groupon. Scheduling a time and date was very simple and Mr. Aker returned my call in a timely manner. I generally have my carpets cleaned 1-2 a year and I will definitely have this company back for a few reasons. They were on-time and quickly started the job upon arrival. I thought I could have the stairs cleaned as one of the five rooms; however, the stairs were an additional $60. I was disappointed, but understood why which made sense to me and I did not think to ask before hand. Needless to say, Complete Carpet Care did a phenomenal when compared to other carpet cleaning companies I've used the past 10-15 years. They are and quot;organicand quot; and whatever process they used was well worth the extra money and time. They removed a few tough stains in my son's bedroom and bonus room where the kids hang out. I was impressed that a month later, the stains did not reappear and my carpets look as clean as they did two months after the fact. I highly recommend this company.

Complete Carpet Cleaning's owner, John quoted the job and showed up when he said he would. I could see by looking at John's clean truck, well maintained cleaning equipment and neat personal appearance that John would take pride in his work. I was not disappointed.
He uses a wet process but after he was done the carpets weren't so wet that they soaked my feet- We had some pretty stubborn spots but he was able to remove them.
I will keep his card close for next time and will recommend John to any of my friends and family.

Jonathan came to clean our carpets the day after we initially called. He was very careful of our furniture in the rooms he cleaned. All the stains came up. He was also very speedy while being very thorough. Prices seemed especially reasonable. I highly recommend him.

.John Akers is the owner of this company. They are very good. They don't use any nasty chemicals. At some point someone had spilled some water on the carpet upstairs and it got underneath the leg of a piece of furniture and the metal on the furniture rusted and left a rust stain that no one could get rid of from the carpet. This was out in the middle of the room and he actually offered to patch it with scrap carpet that I have. So he does more than clean carpets. It sounds like he does some repair stuff. I do not know if he does insulation. But that was nice of him of him to offer to do that. I think the next time he comes out I need to take him up on that. He said one needs to be careful not to patch in a high traffic area where the patch is going to get a lot of wear on it because eventually the patch will show. At that time I had the furniture arranged in a way where the traffic flow was pretty close but it is not any more. If the future is kept this way it is still visible and have him come and patch it. They are professional, their prices are reasonable and the quality of their work is really good.

After I (yes, the husband) tracked motor oil over brand new wall-to-wall carpet and an oriental carpet, Jonathon came to our rescue, removing all traces of the motor oil. He was punctual, courteous, responsive and professional. We will definitely call him again to care for our carpets.

HE ALWAYS GETS THE CARPETS VERY CLEAN AND PUTS A PROTECTIVE COATING ON IT TO HELP CLEANING EASIER FOR ME. WE HAD AN ESPECIALLY DIFFICULT STAIN THAT HE CAME RIGHT OUT TO CLEAN AND GOT IT PERFECTLY CLEAN.

HE DID A FANTASTIC JOB CLEANING THE CARPET AND GETTING OUT SOME SPOTS THAT HAD BEEN THERE FOR AWHILE. HE WAS VERY EFFICIENT, NEAT AND PROMPT IN THE WORK THAT WAS DONE.
